industry marketing professionals who were frustrated
with the poor quality of data available from
existing data providers.
The
company has grown rapidly and in early
2007 was acquired by Andrew Scott
and became part of the Ascot Group, benefiting from
25 years window industry experience and
substantial resources.
Major
investment has enabled Insight to expand premises
and open a purpose designed telephone research
centre - in fact, Insight is one of the few data
providers in the UK to have their own research team.
Our
software team have developed the most advanced
online prospect database every developed for the
window industry, providing clients with instant
access to 13,000 fabricators and installers.
Today,
Insight has established itself as the most
innovative, forward-thinking supplier of data in the
Industry. This was recently recognised by the
internationally renowned Direct Marketing
Association. Insight is the first and only
database company in the window industry to be
awarded membership, reflecting Insight's commitment
to data quality, management systems and financial
strength.
Recognising that many clients did not have the
resources to carry out direct mail themselves,
Insight launched a direct mail division in 2007 and
now operates two high-speed mailing machines with
capacity to print, fold, seal and frank well over
1,000,000 mailings per year.
Fully
registered with the Information Commissioner for
Data Protection, Insight works closely with clients
ranging from U.S. Fortune 500 companies and British
PLC's, to local manufacturers and accreditation
bodies - companies such as Masco, Veka PLC, the BBA,
and Emap, and over 100 other leading organisations.
