Unsuspecting companies stung by
unscrupulous database providers
When you take out a 12 month
subscription to a database, you
don't expect to be stung when it
comes to the end of your contract.
But that's exactly what several
companies found when they switched
from another well-known database
provider - the provider tries to
enforce a 6 month cancellation
clause, regardless of how long you
have dealt with them. At Insight
Data, we believe this sort of
behaviour should be banned, after
all, companies should stand by the
quality of their products, not the
quality of their lawyers. |
