Insight Data researcher wins national apprenticeship award

Apprenticeship award success has been achieved by Insight Data researcher Shirley Lawrence, who was named ‘Highly Commended’ at the National Apprenticeship Awards.
After completing her Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service ahead of schedule, Shirley’s dedication and professionalism earned recognition in the Professional Services Apprentice category.
Due to her commitment, talent and passion for her role as a Telephone Researcher, she was named ‘Highly Commended’ Professional Services Apprentice of the Year.
Shirley comments: “I knew I wanted to work more in the business sector, and I was so excited when I was offered a job at Insight Data. I joined as a Researcher last April and worked hard to become a great customer service provider. Now I’m ready to move up to the next level.”
Encouraged by the Insight Data research team, Shirley has decided to continue studying and will soon be starting her next BTEC qualification in Business Administration.
