Insight data research centre goes from strength to strength

Insight Data, the leading data provider for the construction and fenestration industry, has expanded its workforce further with the addition of a new Telephone Researcher.

This month sees a further addition to the research team with the appointment of Max Varney. He has joined the team with a background in inbound call operations and will join an already established and professional research team.

Nicola Benson, Research team leader at Insight Data commented;

“This is an exciting time for Insight Data with a range of new developments in the pipeline. This appointment will allow us to do so and ensure our data is kept accurate and up to date”

I look forward to working with Max and upon behalf of the team I would like to welcome him to the company”

Max commentated;

“The chance to join a company that is going from strength to strength is really exciting. The opportunities and culture of the business really attracted me to this position and I can’t wait to get stuck in.”

The Insight research team currently makes 20,000 phone calls every month to update Insight’s fenestration and wider construction industry databases, which include detailed information on window and door fabricators, installers, builders, house-builders, architects and more.

The call centre is one of seven different ways Insight updates information in real-time. Other methods include an integrated XML feed from a credit reference agency, a system to feed-in new company formations and start-ups, and ‘closed loop’ returns to improve deliverability rates of email and direct mail.
