Insight Data researcher wins national apprentice award

An apprentice with Insight Data has won a prestigious award at the National Apprenticeship Awards, proving that our staff know what it takes to succeed in modern business.

After finishing a level 2 NVQ qualification in Customer Service in record time, Shirley Lawrence was nominated by a member of the Insight Data team.

Due to her commitment, talent and passion for her role as a Telephone Researcher, she was named ‘Highly Commended’ Professional Services Apprentice of the Year.

Shirley comments: “I knew I wanted to work more in the business sector and I was so excited when I was offered a job at Insight Data. I joined as a Researcher last April and worked hard to become a great customer service provider – now I’m ready to move up to the next level.”

Encouraged by the Insight Data research team, Shirley has decided to continue studying and will soon be starting her next BTEC qualification in Business Administration.
