Alex Tremlett, Call Centre Manager at Insight Data

Insight Data has promoted Alex Tremlett to Call Centre Manager as part of its ongoing expansion of prospect database operations. In his new role, Alex will oversee Insight’s research team and take responsibility for managing call volumes, data input quality, and training as the business scales up.

Alex previously served as Senior Researcher and Analyst, developing detailed industry knowledge across the glazing and construction sectors. His appointment comes as Insight continues to invest in its live prospect databases and Salestracker CRM platform.

Supporting Growth and Real-Time Data Accuracy

Insight’s call centre plays a key role in updating records in real-time. The research team makes over 20,000 calls per month to verify contacts across the fenestration, construction, and home improvement sectors. These include window and door fabricators, installers, builders, housebuilders, architects, and more.

The call centre is one of seven methods Insight uses to maintain live data, alongside automated company tracking, credit reference integration, and closed-loop campaign feedback.
