Insight Data’s sales manager Sonia Punter discusses the government’s decision in more detail and explains how this relates to Insight’s new ‘Get Britain Building’ campaign: “The Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister have announced a major housing and planning package that will deliver up to 70,000 new homes, including affordable housing and opportunities for first-time buyers to get onto the housing ladder. It also promises to create 140 000 new jobs, a £40bn guarantee for major infrastructure projects, £10bn for new homes and a relaxation on planning rules for a three year period.

Sonia continues: “This will kick-start a demand for products and a rise in sales opportunities for suppliers.
