This month welcomes Rebekah Tyler and Iwan Roberts who have been appointed as Telephone Researchers at Insight Data.
Rebekah and Iwan will join the already established team to ensure records are kept up to date while assisting with the development of new databases.
The Insight research team currently makes 20,000 phone calls every month to update Insight’s fenestration and wider construction industry databases, which include detailed information on window and door fabricators, installers, builders, house-builders, architects and more.
The call centre is one of seven different ways Insight updates information in real-time. Other methods include an integrated XML feed from a credit reference agency, a system to feed-in new company formations and start-ups, and ‘closed loop’ returns to improve deliverability rates of email and direct mail.
