Insight Data achieve the coveted ISO 9001 certification

Following an intensive auditing process by BM Trada, here at Insight Data, we are proud to announce we have achieved the coveted ISO 9001 certification.

ISO 9001 is recognised internationally as the world’s most widely adopted Quality Management System (QMS) and it demonstrates a company’s ability to deliver high-quality services to customers on a consistent basis.

By achieving the accreditation, we have joined the 1% of elite UK businesses to gain certification, and firmly cemented our position as the market-leading supplier of prospect data to the glazing and wider construction industry.

To keep up with the ever-changing requirements of ISO 9001, we have also designed a highly specialist QMS to help effectively assess any risks and opportunities to drive continuous improvement throughout the business.

There are five databases available with over 60,000 contacts including fenestration, local builders, architects and specifiers, builders merchants and ‘Construction File’, which contains a range of construction industry companies such as main contractors, housebuilders and property developers.
