A CRM system can dramatically improve sales and marketing results, internal communications and customer service. But it also brings a culture change that needs to be managed, particularly among some members of your team who aren’t particularly IT literate.

A Salestracker Implementation Programme (SIP) will ensure your team adopt the system as part of their daily routine, which in turn will dramatically improve their productivity while providing management with the key information they need.

Salestracker Advocate

We recommend every organisation has a dedicated Salestracker champion, or Advocate. This person is our primary contact and we work with them to configure the system, set user preferences, provide ongoing support and advice, and co-ordinate system updates and improvements.
