New List Highlighter Tool ‘Stroke Of Genius’

Most companies do it. A printed spreadsheet of customers or prospects that are telephone called for various reasons, the caller marks records using a highlighter pen – it’s a great way to follow up after a telesales campaign, monitor valuable customer feedback or segment contacts into groups – maybe by products or type of business.

Jade Greenhow, operations manager, explains; “Salestracker enables users to build and save data lists using virtually any criteria. Now users can work their way through these lists and instantly colour-code records, just like using a highlighter pen on a sheet of paper.

It’s perfect for busy telesales teams who can mark each record with a colour code that represents an action, such as ‘not interested’, ‘send brochure’ or ‘book appointment’ then filter them all together at the end of the day. The feature is linked to individual lists, which means a record can be marked as ‘red’ on one list and ‘blue’ on another list, ideal for companies selling multiple products or services.
