With capacity for over 4,000 frames per week Astraseal plans to expand its trade network and work with key installers throughout the UK, using Insight Data’s Salestracker database to target new customers and manage sales and marketing activity.
Zac Nedimovic, sales and marketing manager for Astraseal, said; “we used another prospect database for many years and it seemed fine. But when we tested Insight Data the results were staggering, with a 400% increase in response rates from the first campaign.”
Salestracker contains detailed information – including credit rating – on 15,000 fabricators and installers and Insight has 7 different methods to update the information in real-time, with a research team who make 20,000 telephone calls a month. The system is internet based, so there is no software to install or maintain.
It also has an integrated CRM system and Astraseal will use this to organise sales and marketing with a built-in calendar, tasks, lead management and reporting.
Astraseal manufacturers a full range of PVC-U and aluminium windows and doors for the trade, including Rehau 706 and Tritec window systems, along with vertical sliders, conservatory roofs and composite doors.
